  Nat's Alterations in Sate College! She's incredible and reasonably priced! 814-237-4311. She does it out of her home! She did incredible things with my gown!

  David's bridal was Extremely expensive. I got my dress altered by Natalie. Natalie's alterations. And yes, she did a fantastic job! Also altered my bridesmaids dress for very inexpensive. I was very happy.
