  JTS car audio is a joke!! I went in there and talked to the guy about getting all the equipment ordered for my setup I was building and he was all helpful as can be. So a week later I had $1400 in hand to go spend with him and I went to him shop twice and called and talked to him 18 times that day reminding him to simply call his supplier and tell him I was on the way and for him to take my money. He failed to do that he fucked me around all damn day and I ended up having to wait a week after no phone call whatsoever from him and I went to Houston and found another shop that helped me and had great customer service hands down. Furthermore... My coworker had JTS install a 2-1/2" leveling kit and a set of 20" wheels with 35" tires on his BRAND NEW ram 2500 CTD and the next day he was driving it down 288 and the front left wheel came smooth off the truck at 60 mph. JTS car audio is a half as organization who Bullshits you around and has no sense of craftsmanship period.
