About us
My aim is to create delicious, homemade, hand-crafted cakes that are infinitely better than those mass produced by the supermarkets.
I have always enjoyed cooking but discovered my love of baking when I made my son's 1st birthday cake in February 2011. I really enjoyed the process of making and decorating his cake and as I don't often have cause to make big birthday cakes I decided to try cupcakes.
Cupcakes are so versatile and I love experimenting with different recipes, flavours and decorating techniques.
So many of my friends and family have said 'Why don't you sell your cakes, they are fantastic!', that I have decided to give it a go! I am hoping to turn my hobby into a successful little business and this page is dedicated to my work.
I am certified in Level 2 Food & Hygiene and have had my kitchen inspected and approved by my local council Environmental Health Office.
