  I will be running some in Vasse in the new year. I'm having trouble tagging my page but its@heartfelt Remedial Massage...it will be Monday or Tuesday during the day. This year we did groups of four weeks focussing on a theme. Gratitude, self love, abundance are some of the themes we explored. There is a class component where we do exercises designed to get you thinking about the topic, then meditation which is made up of a guided component and an awareness component. If you're interested you're welcome to pm me and I will let you know when i start up again. ❤️
