  Hi Ali, most of the classes are predominantly women, but we do have some men that attend the beginner yoga. We also have kids, teen, and team yoga classes, Zumba, Fusion, and Pilates. Yes, the website has class details and schedules listed for September and October www.elevationmbs.com. We open for business and our first class on September 8. I'm accepting pre-registrations for all classes now.
