  My friend Kathy Scaturro owns Hot Heads on Bertch Ave in Warerloo. She is an awesome person and great stylist. Been cuting hair many years but stays up to date on style and product. 319-233-4924. Emma & Ellie are getting their first professional cuts on Oct. 10 with her. Lol.
