ISO: Equine Chiropractor/Massage Therapist.
Hi guys, so I have a 19yo OTTB and he has stopped going faster than a walk, and he stopped moving around the pasture. He stays in one area all day now (where he gets fed grain). I suspect arthritis in his hip(s), he's pretty stiff and doesn't like the farrier to pick up his back legs. It isn't an overnight thing either, he's slowly just become more stagnant. Anyways, I'm searching for a Chiropractor or Massage Therapist in the St. Albert/Villenueve area. I'd really like to not spend a fortune as I am not employed right now, so I'd really like someone close to me so I don't have to pay travel fees. Thanks so much! :)
P. S. Does anyone have an idea how to help his arthritis without breaking the bank? As stated above, I'm unemployed and already buying him loads of food cause he's very underweight. Thanks again! :)
