  I did a dirty rib eye roast on Easter weekend for my folks following the guidance on countrywoodsmoke.com. not rotisserie, but impressed the guests and was quick and very easy. If they don't mind rare, I would say reverse sear it. It would probably work for any roast. Also plenty of other good recipes / techniques on there.
