Does anyone know of any natural vitamin supplements I can give my two year old? I already give her Vitamin D, but I'm after a multivitamin that doesn't contain sugar, sweetener, flavouring, colours etc. Basically something vegetable or fruit based. She used to eat a lot of fresh fruit and veg, but she's eating less of it now because she doesn't like having it in the cold weather. Any recommendations? I'm particularly after something that has vitamin C. Thanks.
