My podiatrist recommended Asics 3000 or Saucony Pro Guide 6 or Brooks Addiction shoes for my PF. Has anyone ever tried any of these brands? I am a nurse that works 12 shifts on cement floors. Any feedback would be awesome!! Thanks!!

I have always worn Brooks which have been great for me. What you have to understand is PF is a mechanical dysfunction of the foot placing stress on the attachment of the plantar fascia. The part of the foot that hurts. Injections, orthotics and shoes are typically a band aide and short lived. Until you correct the mechanical dysfunction of the foot there will continue to be pressure on the attachment of the plantar fascia and you will suffer. The best trained people do this are CHF doctors. They have very specific and advanced raining for PF much different than a regular chiropractor. Find one at http://chiropractichandandfootclinics.com/
Is there anyone out there in Facebook land who knows how to strap feet? A football trainer, ex-player or physio? I need to know now & can't get to see a podiatrist
