Figured this would be the best place to crowd source this information:
Can anyone recommend a good gynecologist or clinic in the city? I'm looking to have a more in-depth, on-going conversation about birth control with a doctor and that's just not something you can do long distance, or by bopping into the free clinic.
I already tried looking on yelp and asking my old doctor. Both of them were unhelpful.
Thanks!

SEEKING DERMATOLOGIST referral/recommendation. is it possible that any are HOLISTICALLY-minded? the ones i have seen have been focused on Rx and i would LOVE someone who would recommend natural solutions and/or treatments that are effective and we know long-term results. not looking for botox! :) just a cancer screening and some wellness-minded advice. thanks!

My D.O. recommended Dr. Moulton-Levy, who takes our insurance if you have a referral and is holistic. 646-935-2280
I've been living on All natural fruit popsicles and Gluten Free Popcorn. That's gotta be kinda healthy, right?! (Oh, and thin mints, their gluten free). Someone PLEASE connect me w/a nutritionist, I think I may need a little help w/my meal planning.
Can anyone help??
Looking for a recommendation for a reputable alternative doctor/clinic that treats people with cancer in the NY area.
My dad is beginning chemotherapy treatments next week and we are looking for a program that will compliment his treatments. By this, I mean a program that will teach him what supplements to take, foods to eat, etc. We are hoping to find a regimen that will help him detox out the toxic effects of chemotherapy as well as help keep his immune system strong while receiving treatments.
My dad is a strong believer in western medicine and his cancer is pretty aggressive so forgoing chemotherapy is not an option for him.
Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.

Can anyone recommend a GP below 14th Street? Looking for a doctor, male or female, who can handle the manliest of men (Matt) and also my very average needs.
New York, I'm having some allergy/breathing problems and need a doctor recommendation. Preferably someone who could see me ASAP. Whatcha got?

If you need to see someone asap there is a walk in clinic called New York Eye and Ear on 14 th st and 2 nd Ave - you will wait a few hours to see a doctor and cost/insurance-wise it's like going to urgent care. Otherwise I like this place: http://www.healthandhealingny.org/
