  Looking for someone who might be able to make a couple of these frames for us. We would like to put "Celebration of Lights" on a frame with rope lighting.

  Jennie, this event is not the parade (Sat Nov 23 at 5:30). Celebration of Lights is being organized by Together Smiths Falls. We are putting light displays in Victoria Park Campground (where the RVs park) for families to walk through from Nov 30-Dec 31.
