  She needs to acquire a voucher from somebody who is already supporting her through this crisis , you can't just walk into places and ask for vouchers that's not the process unfortunately, if she's had her benefits stopped then JCP can give her a voucher referral or LCSS Liverpool citizens support scheme on 01512333000 x
