  When I was admin/project worker for a service on the GC, I used http://www.budget-gourmet.com.au/ in Southport. They too will, seriously do it all, and their chefs are fabulous. They'll do the serving, clean up, provide it all for you (and seriously great value). The service was always happy with the result
