  Help tooth PAIN. Any dentists here? I apparently need a root canal :( Anyone know and trust a good dentist in NW London? I went to an 'emergency' dentist yesterday and got quoted 'at least' £600 + £££ in extras if I wanted to fix my tooth next week. Should I go for a second opinion? I still have an old NHS dentist I can possibly go to in Hendon, but will the job be as good as an emergency private dentist? Anyone perhaps know and trust a good local dentist?
