  Take them anywhere that has both green chile and gyros n the menu (that is something that you ONLY find in Denver, I guarantee it.) Take a walking tour of the confluence area and into five points while discussing the beats and the old jazz scene. Then the black american west museum. RUn off to see the sun set at red rocks. Dinner at Casa Bo's. Then sneak onto the roof of the brown palace. These are all Denver specific, full of history and great for dates. http://www.blackamericanwestmuseum.org/
