  Thats bad news Amy sorry to hear it. These guys http://www.plasticar.com.au/ were recommended to me for cheap repairs of minor scratches. I sent photos but the damage I was getting looked at was too extensive for their method. Can't hurt to send photos and see plasticarrepairs@bigpond.com Their web site is pretty bad but I heard their work was good.
