I have a dream..... I have 3 months...... I have a goal of 125 lbs. Thats 20 lbs in three months. I already eat right, I just don't really know how to exercise correctly and when I try to research it my ADD kicks in and my mind goes to other places. I just need a suggestion for a really good personal trainer. I'm willing to do the work I just need some extra help. I need to get wedding fit ;) any suggestions would be greatlyyyyy appreciated.
