  Artur L. wrote: I had a bad experience and stopped going there after experiencing very pushy attitude: diagnosis of a lot of dental work to be done while when I verified in another place it didn't seem to have much dental problems; and very greedy attitude towards missed appointments. I got charged €120 because I was booked into a 2 hours canal root treatment without my knowledge (I was told it is a simple 15 minutes cleaning appointment). The clinic could not be convinced to waive the fine or credit it towards a treatment. BEWARE!

  http://www.janvannassau.nl/ Highly recommend them...they are awesome. I have a fear of dentists and I was treated SO well. I had to get a root canal done and they really helped me through the whole procedure. Dr Meuter is my families' dentist.

  I have to agree with Michael in that I won't recommend Jan van Nassau dental clinic. I went there in Jan 2014 since my usual dentist was on pregnancy leave. As a new patient in dental clinics, it's very common that you will get a series of questions asking about your health in general (I answered no on all because I have no diseases, health problems, medication,etc). However after literally 5 minutes first consultation without even discussing about my health check at all, they ended up charging me extra with the code "C22 Schriftelijke medische anamnese" or written medical history for 21.29 euro! I inquired the reception and the manager about this and they said that it is a compulsory charge required by the government since 2013! However, my old dentist didn't charge me this (in 2013) and I asked two other dental clinics in The Hague (in 2014, because I'm curious) that they all basically said C22 code is only charged if you have a special health condition that required the dentist personally to discuss in person with you about these conditions, not just for filling in the compulsory form! People who did first consultation in Jan van Nassau since 2013, check your first bill and see if this code was charged to you. It should have not been there if you did not have face to face discussion with your dentist about your health conditions. I complained about this and in the end they refunded my money and I left the dental practice, so not a patient there anymore. I have to say that the receptionist was quite cooperative on this matter and she was polite.
