  Phoenix Visions 340-774-1944 has some of the best stylists on the island and they are master's of color. I have difficult hair graying and curly hair, and Liz does a great job for me. So much so I try to get my hair cut and colored with her every time I'm on island. She books quickly. But, Annette Zachman is also excellent!
