  Question for anyone who may be able to help. I know a young woman who has pretty much hit rock bottom. She is desperate. Kinda fallen through the cracks. Lost her kids due to drug use, lost her family, friends and now is homeless. She lives in Jeannette but no shelters in that area have openings. Is there any agencies in our area that she could go to for help. She's desperate and I don't want her to become a statistic. I'd like her to get some help before its too late. Can anyone help?
