Seamstress Recommendations I have lived in Durham a little less than a year and have been looking for a reliable seamstress / tailor. I purchase quite a lot of vintage and have tons of clothes in my closet that need alterations.
I have found plenty of places that I can drop off at, but I am looking for someone on site who can pin and assist with making the correct proportions.
Does anyone have any recommendations? I would be a lifelong, frequent customer and it doesn't have to be a shop if you know someone who works out of their home as a side job even.
Thank you, neighbors!

I think the owner of Bano provides this service pretty cheap: Bano Italian Boutique 2699 Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd, Durham, NC 27707 (919) 489-9006https://goo.gl/maps/fj6RP3LqcEcoPnDY8 Dm me if interested. I can call her to see if it’s okay to provide her phone number.
Can anyone recommend a seamstress for prom dress alterations?

I used Bano Boutique last year. They were wonderful to work with and even dropped the dress off at the school when the alterations were finished. Our dress required only a simple fix, hemming and the top nipped though. Here is a link to their website. http://www.banoboutique.com/alterations/
