  Lafayette Community Holistic Health Center. They offer pain clinics for a price of $20 - $35 donation or you can set up a private session which my husband usually does. (See calandar for times of their pain clinics, called S&P Relief Clinic. http://communityhhc.org/calendar/). Teresa is their acupuncturist there. She has done so much to give back to the community. She is also amazing at relieving pain!!

  Community Holistic Health Center on S. Public has an affordable counseling program, sliding scale $15-40 an hour. 303-666-6192. And in the interest of full disclosure, I am the therapist. :) Naropa intern.
