  Anyone know of a decent animal shelter in Pasco that I can drop off a cat? I checked and Pasco animal services does not take cats. I would be okay allowing a cat to be an "outside" cat that I can feed but he is just too scared and shy. I'm afraid he wouldn't survive on his own outside. He's a very sweet kitty and needs a loving home.
