  I got mine at justartifacts.net I thought they were pretty good quality. It was a complete fail at my reception though. It was a rooftop downtown and it was windy so that right there should have been my first clue but I wanted good pictures and was dead set on doing it. My guests were wasted and didn't wait for the lanterns to heat up..... they have to fill with air from the heat before they'll fly if not they drop to the ground catching buildings and trash cans on fire. It's a good story now, but that night it was madness. def think about the wind and where you'll be releasing them. That's a good site though if you decide to do it.
