  Whetstone is terrific! We started taking our old hound mix there when we lived in Buckingham, and still do now that ware at the Lake! Very informal - a farm - and a very caring owner! Our dog is old, blind, diabetic and on medications, and he loves it there. Unfortunatly it is quite a drive from here, Route 60 off Route 15 south of Dillwyn in Buckingham Co. http://www.whetstonefarmpetcare.com/

  We've used Debra Davis' Whetstone Farm is Dillwyn ever since we lived in Buckingham County - Unfortunately it is about an hour from here, but our old, special needs hound loves it there - big sprawling farm! Debra is wonderful with the animals... $25/day http://www.whetstonefarmpetcare.com/
