Bikram Yoga is a wonderful series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a heated room for 90 minutes. The series is called Bikram's beginners series as it is accessible to all, regardless of your fitness levels, flexibility or age. This series is an amazing sequence of hatha asanas (yoga postures) that gives you, not what you want but what you need.
