  You can try Nathan Isherwood from Client First, he works out of Royal LePage's office on 224 th, #604-467-5000. I'm a realtor and I send a lot of my clients to him and he has come thru even for clients who I didn't think would ever get approved. Whether you use him or not, always use an independent mortgage broker versus your bank's mortgage people as the independent brokers work for you, not for a specific bank and they will have your best interest in mind where a bank person has the banks best interest in mind.

  I'm a Realtor with Royal LePage Brookside in Maple Ridge and our office has a realtor that does rental properties. You can phone the receptionist at 604-467-5000 and she'll put you in touch with him. 😋
