  We just did a session with Christina Ward Photography at Lighthouse beach. She was great with our 3.5 yr old and 6 month old--she has 2 young boys herself. Just got the pictures back and I LOVE them! There's a package option (reasonably priced) that gives you rights to the digital images, plus a credit to have her print some.
