  I am originally from from Budapest and I recommend to have a look at this one http://www.hostelbudapestcenter.com/price.html It has amazing location, new design but reasonable hostel price. But when you search I suggest you to mainly consider district 5. , 6. , 7. because these are mostly the inner city areas and has the best vibe.
