  Art Ortiz has been my handyman for ca 6-7 yrs. (404) 522-5750 (his daughter's -- I think -- voice on the answering machine). Very straight forward - if had can do something, he does it, if it is not, he tells you. Lots of good ideas for "work arounds," too, better solutions than what I had planned originally. Just an all around good guy.
