  I need some help. I need someone with a venue to administer an exam. The person needs to be some sort of an official, A minister of religion, Justice of the peace Bank manager, Postmaster, Teacher, ect... The whole activity should take an hour and a half. One half hour for a math exam, half hour for English exam and half hour for paperwork. I am able to pay for the time and resources, though I haven't much money to spare. If any one can help, of suggest some one who can it would be greatly appreciated, Thank you in advance.
