  Advice needed. I have just come back from my holiday to find my cocker spaniel with a swelling/absess on her lower lip. It is obviously sore as she doesn't like me touching it and keeps rubbing her muzzle around on the floor. My dad, who was looking after her while I was away, says he hadn't noticed any problem when he left her this morning but its now quite large. My local vets isn't open until Monday. Does anyone know what it might be and if so should I wait till Monday or take her to emergency vets?
