  Have used Hostgator for years now and very happy with them. 24/ 7 support x 365 days (I often use Live Chat to resolve things quickly and if there is a problem too hard for them they or I bump it up to a support ticket. Have multiple sites there. We got badly hacked a year or so ago and overnight they had restored most of our sites. A couple were so corrupted I had to restore them myself. For more personal, Australia-based service, my friend, a great guy, Glenn Goodman up here on the Gold Coast provides the Aussie Tech Heads hosting service.
