Cycling Backback Recommendations please hey all - I'm looking for a good backpack that's comfortable when cycling and waterproof so that the stuff inside doesn't get wet when cycling in the rain. Any recommendations?

Any bike commuters have recommendations on a good gym bag? I usually bike to work and have a small Osprey backpack to store my laptop in.
On days when I go to the gym, it's an absolute pain carrying a duffle bag on a bike in addition to the small backpack. The gym bag usually hangs under the seat and catches on it when I try to stand up on the pedals, and generally just shifts all the weight to one side making it hard to pedal straight.
Was curious how anyone else approached this problem, or if you have recommendations for good medium sized gym bags that work well with bikes. I'm also open to ditching the backpack and storing that in the gym bag if there's a nice spot for it in there.
Thanks!
*Edit:* This question may not be SF specific but there's a high percentage of bikers here who also carry laptops and go to they gym, so I'd wager it's at least relevant within the community.

[Chrome](http://www.chromeindustries.com/) has plenty of large backpacks that would easily fit gym stuff and is made for bike commuters. Timbuk2 as well. Get a lark backpack/rucksack. That's what a lot of bike couriers (Postmates, etc) use to carry a lot of stuff.
[ADVICE] Looking for a water resistant/tough messenger bag. Able to fit A4 size paper, but not too much bigger. I am looking for a new EDC bag and was hoping you lovely folk could help. Recommendations/advice very welcome.

Maybe look into something from [Blicks Bags](http://www.blicksbags.com/). Not only do they make some pretty nice bags, they also do one-off customs. [Chrome](http://www.chromeindustries.com) also makes some nice bags (I carry a Chrome Metropolis everyday).
Does anyone know where I can get a nice decent biking book bag for cheap that can fit a thick ass bio book and some lunch? Let me know, let me know!

chrome messenger bag their shop is on Milwaukee and damen. However their bags are pricey but worth it because they're big and made with waterproof materials. What I did was check on Craigslist people sometimes sell them for way cheaper than retail. http://www.chromeindustries.com this is their website so you can get an idea of what the bags look like.
