  1) Bambu Restaurant for great Asian food. www.bambuonline.com It's not a restaurant chain. Yin is the owner & menu provides many gF choices -adapts many things safely without cross-contaminating. (She has separate fryer for rice wrapped eggrolls!) It i s in Maplewood on Beam Ave just east of st johns hospital. 2) Mad Jacks sports bar has a large GF menu. I've been to Vadnais Heights location several times near 35E on Cty Rd E (another MJ is in Brooklyn Park). 3) Ole Piper in Blaine or Rosemount/Lakeville http://olepiper.com Their 10" GF pizza is spectacular! They have Great GF Ravioli & cheesecake too! Monday & Tuesday special is "buy one pizza get one for $3.99" - including a gluten free pizza ...We go to south metro OP frequently.
