  Our HVAC is on the fritz. Pipe is frozen outside on the unit. We know we'll have to turn the whole thing off to get it to melt. We're at 78 and climbing rapidly. Does anyone have any recommendations for a HVAC repair person? We have two small children including a newborn. Any advice would be much appreciated as we need help ASAP! :(
