  good and cheap -> those two are incompatible :) . depends how old is the car .If still quite new go to official service. if not try http://www.autoservis-autoskla-myti-aut.cz/pneuservis/prodej-znackovych-pneumatik/ I only respray bumper there, but service is fine . You can even manage in english This one might also help http://brnoautoservis.cz/. but always ask for prices before actuall work . he has weird habit to buy spare part from most expensive places ;) . There is one more which was recommended to me but I can find it now.

  I now about those guys: www.brnoautoservis.cz They are two guys who speak English (they are not Czechs). You can try and see if they can help you out. I would say they can do the car check up, but I only used their services or changing my tires until now.
