  For most selection of bike repair stuff on the shelf are BikeMax and fahrrad franz. Wanted to rebuild a wheel and was refered to http://www.die-radgeber.de/ by City Bike in Wiesbaden. Die Radgeber has a great repair shop and were able to sell me the spokes I needed to do my wheel rebuild. City Bike may have a sealant for tubulars, but I only rode sewups for a coupe of years in the mid 80's and never hear of sealant for sewups. I have a sewup patch kit if you need one?

  Oh, I definitely second Die Radgeber, super nice guys working there, excellent english and much better customer service than Fahrrad Franz, buuuut, it's a pretty small shop with mostly (to me) high end stuff. We almost ordered our cargo bike through them but ended up going to Darmstadt b/c there is a dealer there who had the model we wanted in stock. Franz is nice b/c it's SO big, and has big range of quality/prices which is what we wanted when looking for kids bikes, etc.
