Small commercial space for rent? Hello friends! I'm looking for a small commercial rental, 400-1000 sq. ft. I'm in Owens Cross Roads so convenient to that area would be preferred. I'm working out of my house now and could use the space to scale my business. Use would be for inventory storage and shipment preparation. Impressive car counts not needed. Climate controlled is a must.
Anyone got any leads they could share?

ValleyMLS.com has commercial rental listings and if you want a custom search of it with real time update alerts I (or your Realtor of choice if you already have one) can set one up.
Looking for "different" or custom houses in Huntsville - Hi everyone! I'm looking to buying a house in the next year. I've lived in HSV for 15 years, so I know the area well. My question is - are there any neighborhoods or builders that have unique or custom houses? I've been searching for a while now, and all of the houses seem so similar. I have worked with a realtor on and off and will work with her again when I am a little more ready. The house doesn't have to be new construction, but I don't want to do a ton of work, either.
Just wondering if anyone had suggestions on "different" style houses in the area? Thanks so much!

There are plenty of “different” houses and neighborhood in the area . Source I live in one of them and as a Realtor see what gets listed on the MLS day in day out. If you aren’t already you should really start being notified of coming soon listings which you can view on [ValleyMLS](https://www.valleymls.com/) and or [HomeSnap](https://www.homesnap.com/) . Since you mentioned already having an agent you can also have him or her set up with search(es) via Paragon Collaboration Center.
Seeking recommendations: Use a real estate agent or not? Any home-owners recently move to Huntsville from out-if-state? Did you use a real estate agent in Huntsville for your transition? How was your experience, regardless if you used one or not? Any agents you especially recommend? Any you especially *do not* recommend?
Context: I'm putting my house in Baltimore, Maryland on the market soon (early April). As soon as it closes (I hope this happens by early August), my plan is to move to Huntsville and buy a house. I'm aiming for 3+ bed, 2+ full bath with

Oh yeah use valleymls.com to look at homes. They appear there before Zillow or Trulia. This is the MLS system so it’s the same homes and info your realtor has access to.
Safest yet most affordable place to live in Huntsville? Anyone know any realtors that work with rental properties? Hey guys,
Considering moving to the area but wanted to get your opinions on the safest yet most affordable places to live in the Huntsville area.
I really would like to be close to the Whole Foods/Mountain High Outfitters shopping area so I've been looking around the Bob Wallace Ave and five points area. We won't be moving until around the first of the year and I'm having trouble getting realtors that work with rental properties to contact me back, so if anyone knows anyone that would really be helpful as well or if you know of any shady businesses that deal with rentals I need to avoid, that would be awesome too. I'm looking for a house to rent, smaller is better and I don't want to live in apartments, I am so over dealing with idiots in apartments.
Thanks!
Edit: also, if you know of any landlords that I should avoid, that would also be helpful too.

You don't need a realtor. A lot of properties are owner owned. Two places to look: - valleymls.com - these will be your property managed homes. - zillow.com - these will be both property managed and landlord managed homes
