  My brother (who was on a fixed income and didn't have much cash) had a will and other documents drawn up with [Cassady Law Offices](http://www.cassadylawoffices.com/). After he died I was able to settle his estate very easily. They have 2 offices, and were easy for me to work with, even though I was 1700 miles away.
