I am looking for a venue for a wedding in March this year, anywhere in the Cape Town area or beach/Winelands or even a nice restaurant. Want to do either a breakfast wedding or early dinner with ceremony. Now here's the kicker...I am wanting to have the ceremony and reception for under R20,000 including the food. Is this possible, and can you recommend such a place that will make my dreams come true?

  When I was looking in Feb last year, I went to Wegelee (I think it was in Paarl) It was quite cheap, and they throw in loads of decor and fairy lights and stuff for free. It was quite a nice pretty venue too. They have all their prices on their website. Worth a look. http://www.welgelee.com/weddings.html
