About us
A small business delivering high quality courses & workshops in all things arty and crafty to both children and adults in Chesterfield, Sheffield and the surrounding area. StraightCurves was set up by me (Karen) a fully qualified and experienced designer and secondary school teacher / adult education tutor, passionate about creativity and learning. All of our courses & workshops are aimed at skill building in a relaxed environment with small class sizes.
We love wool (all kinds, big & small), tea (has to be PG) and biscuits (Bourbons all the way) and hope you will join us as we also love making new friends.
Anyone can be creative, and StraightCurves has some great courses & workshops, don’t forget social crafting and parties too!
In the unlikely event that you can’t find a course, workshop or club that suits you, we are always looking for new ideas so get in touch and I’ll see what we can do!
