I had a bad experience with the butcher near jindirshka where all they had was and I quote: here is: - beef grounded - somthing else ?! - beef for steak and ''goulash beef'' witch as far as I remeber is an actual beef cut.. but that what she said.. afterall she was the one behind the counter lol

  We used robinsons for our prime rib Christmas dinner and it was great! Lots of meat on display and in back! They also deliver! We have used the real meat society as well because we live so close. However we usually just buy the micro brew beer they have stocked. ;)

  I'm sure that Paul Day at the Real Meat will do it for you. It might be more expensive than from a supermarket, if Czech supermarkets sold lamb that is, but it's worth it because Paul sells the best meat in Prague. Try his burgers at the Náplavka Farmers' Market on Saturdays. They actually taste like real meat should taste, none of this dried grey cardboard stuff! http://www.trms.cz
