  Looking for contractor recommendations. Water is somehow coming in from our chimney area and (over time) caused the wall around our fireplace to rot. First contractor we called in feels this issue is due to builder error and is unsure how to even start the repair process. If anyone else has experienced this problem, would really appreciate some advice. If not, just a contractor recommendation would be great! Thank you!

  Douglas Mast from Mast Construction is quite good. 240-405-0763. He fixed a water intrusion problem at my house and did a very good job.
