  Hi Jessica !! Kindness Yoga is awesome and has the Raw restaurant inside which is great. Kindness is owned by Patrick Harrington and is totally local. South Denver is kinda iffy as far as studios go though. Your best bet for good yoga studios are gonna be closer to Denver. Samadhi Center for Yoga and Kindness Yoga are wonderful and have a huge amount of classes to choose from. http://303 byoga.com/ is supposed to be awesome too (again in Denver). I work at Following Bliss Yoga , in Arvada, which is a small, beautiful space to work in.
