Kelly R. wrote: Chris Bontempo was prompt and courteous with my plumbing concerns. I had started a shower faucet project and quickly got in over my head. When I called, Chris greeted me with humor while also listening to me carefully. He was able to respond quickly and help me solve the issue with a new install in a very timely manner. He respected my home and put down drop cloths and ever vacuumed up all of the insulation that dropped into the basement. I'm very impressed. I also appreciate that I was always treated with respect as the female homeowner. I've had previous experiences of being taken advantage of because I'm a "helpless" woman. I would use Bontempo again and again. I will be telling all of my friends!Thank you for your feedback. -
