Along with keeping the hair clean, proper moisturizing and proper detangling. I find ,for me, making sure I'm mindful of my stress levels help with the rate of my hair loss. When I'm even a little over the normal daily stressors it shows up in my hair and skin instantly. It's the things we(I) already know but find it hard to focus on consistently that can make all the difference with our hair. Before you go looking for the next new topical remedy start internally. Poor circulation and stress kills your hair and skin. Proper nutrition and finding ways to naturally stimulate the blood flow to the scalp and increased overall circulation are proven to promote a healthy scalp, hair growth and decrease hair loss.
