  I need help FB friends. My face and eyes are swollen again. Since September of last year every few weeks my eyes swell up and sometimes they are almost closed, especially right after waking up. Sometimes my skin is bright red and it looks like just the area around my eyes is sun-burnt, then a day or two later the skin peels off in pieces. THIS TIME even my upper cheeks and under eyes are swollen. I am assuming this is an allergy...but where do I start? I need somone with allergies to recommend a good allergist or dermetologist. I don't even know how to spell it, lol. Most of the time it happens after wearing make-up but not always. Sometimes I go weeks without wearing any and it still happens. But, it only started in September and I have worn make up since I was about 15.
