  Does anyone here have a structure constructed out of ‘Split Block’? What kind of problems and solutions have you found? I ask because I own a single family home with some issues (Water. I think). The problem is that I can’t seem to get a real answer as to what the root is. I’ve talked to five different contractors/masons and have gotten five different answers. If anyone has experience with this and/or a recommended referral of a trusted contractor/mason I’d love to discuss with you. I’ve been chasing this all summer and am kind of at my wit’s end here.   Peter- We had similar issues and used Galewood.com to address- Problem solved. The sealant of the entire house is not cheap but it works. Best of luck
